IDM 6.3 HiDPI-Support

The IDM Eclipse plugin with the new version 2 has been extended with numerous functions. With the new IDM Builder plugin and the new IDM Debugger plugin, it has also received two powerful additions. This makes development with the ISA Dialog Manager in Eclipse a well-rounded process
