Price list

Our development tools are licensed per developer workstation. You can use and share applications you develop using the tools without any runtime fees.

• The prices for Unix or Linux apply to both the Qt version and the Motif version of the IDM.
• Switching from Motif to Qt is possible as part of an upgrade.

After purchasing a license, you are entitled to the legal warranty, which includes troubleshooting and sending the appropriate updates. If you would like to take advantage of additional support services, you can do so by purchasing a license Maintenance contract . This gives you extensive support (hotline), bug fixes and functional expansions.

You will also receive adjustments to the IDM to updates of the basic components (e.g. operating system, toolkit, compiler) as part of a maintenance contract. Updates to basic components include new minor releases and patches within the same major release of the respective component, while adjustments to the IDM to new major releases of basic components (upgrades) are not covered by a maintenance contract.

The annual maintenance fee is 18% of the list price.

• Update without maintenance contract: 25% of the list price.
  With an update, you can only switch to the latest version of the IDM in the same major release for the same development or porting platform.
• Upgrade: with maintenance contract 50% of the list price, without maintenance contract 75% of the list price.

  • with an update to the next major release of the IDM for the same development or porting platform.
  • when changing platforms from one development or porting platform to another development or porting platform. The license for the previous platform expires.

A platform is defined as a specific combination of the components architecture (processor, 32- or 64-bit, possibly other technical features) and basic components (e.g. operating system, toolkit, compiler).
A platform change occurs, if...

• at least one of these components changes
• at least one basic component has a different, usually higher, major release.

The prerequisite for availability of updates and upgrades at the stated price is that the target version is still offered and supported by us. For an update of two or more major releases, a new license must be purchased.

We offer on-site training and technical support for all aspects of development with the ISA Dialog Manager, tailored entirely to your requirements. We are also happy to support you in your projects – in an advisory capacity or by taking on development work. We offer these services at the following daily rates for a developer, consultant or trainer:

• €1,090.00 plus travel expenses for technical support.
• €1,190.00 plus travel costs for on-site training.

All prices are exclusive of the statutory VAT applicable at the time of invoicing.
License fees and other invoice amounts are payable net within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
Maintenance fees are billed quarterly in advance.
