The new Windows 11 platform is now technically based on the current Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and has therefore gained full HiDPI capability.
Further innovations
We have also made improvements and innovations in the following areas:
- Working with multiple monitors is now supported under Windows. By repositioning, the window and screen are assigned “on the fly”.
- With the Edittext and Poptext object under Windows and Qt you can display a placeholder and hint text using the new attribute .hinttext.
- When using the ssh:// scheme, the ssh command can now also be used to start the server easily and securely.
- The DDM now also supports OpenSLL version 3.0 for encrypted data communication.
- The font resources would be supplemented with the alternatives black/demibold/light/roman.
- The scrollbar object now allows the visibility control of the tick marks.
- Unified names for layout resources have been introduced across all window systems.
